1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Drectly platform ("Platform") at drectly.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Who Can Use Drectly

Drectly is a B2B hiring platform. Access is granted by invitation or agreement only. You may use the Platform if you are:

  • A Hirer — a company that has entered into a service agreement with Drectly to fill open positions

  • A Recruiter — an individual who has been approved by Drectly to submit candidates for open roles

3. How Drectly Works

Drectly connects Hirers with Recruiters to facilitate the hiring process. Recruiters submit candidate referrals for open roles posted by Hirers. A successful placement occurs when a Hirer marks a candidate as "Hired."

4. Fees and Payments

  • Drectly charges a placement fee to the Hirer upon a successful hire. No fee is charged if a placement does not occur.

  • Placement fees and payment terms are defined in the separate service agreement between Drectly and the Hirer.

  • Payments from Hirers are collected by Drectly. Recruiters receive their agreed share of the placement fee according to their separate agreement with Drectly.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable service agreement.

5. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

  • You may not share your account with others.

  • Drectly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent candidate information

  • Use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate hiring activities

  • Attempt to circumvent Drectly and engage directly with the other party outside the Platform to avoid applicable fees

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform

7. Candidate Data

Both Hirers and Recruiters agree to handle candidate personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Candidate data accessed through the Platform may only be used for the purpose of evaluating candidates for the specific role they were referred for.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on the Platform is owned by Drectly. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drectly shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities arising from use of the Platform

  • The conduct or performance of any Hirer, Recruiter, or candidate

Drectly's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Drectly may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
